01Who we are
The data controller is Server Hargita SRL, Str. Carpați nr. 8, 535500 Gheorgheni, Harghita County, Romania. You can write to us at office@serverhr.ro or call +40 266 364 128 at any time.
02What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email and/or phone, company (optional) and message. To protect against abuse we store a cryptographic hash of your IP address, never the address itself. The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
03Why, and on what legal basis
We use the data only to reply to you and, where relevant, to send you a quote. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and steps taken at your request before entering a contract (art. 6(1)(b)). We never send newsletters without your separate consent.
04How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for at most 24 months after our last correspondence and then deleted, unless they become part of a contract, in which case statutory archiving periods apply.
05Who sees it
Only the Server Hargita staff handling your request. The data is stored on our own servers in Romania. We never sell or rent data. Email notifications pass through our email provider.
06Cookies and external content
We use a single technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose. The map on the contact section is loaded from OpenStreetMap; when it is shown, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap Foundation servers, which see your IP address.
07Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to office@serverhr.ro. You can lodge a complaint with Romania's data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
